A mobile EV charging station carries charging equipment to a vehicle or operating location instead of requiring every EV to travel to a fixed charger. The model is intended for planned, temporary or location-specific needs where access and compatibility can be reviewed in advance.

- Vehicle type, connector information and the charging need.
- Exact location, entry route, parking space and safe working area.
- Preferred timing and how long the vehicle can remain stationary.
- Whether fixed charging is unavailable, insufficient or still being planned.
- Who can approve access and coordinate the vehicle on site.
